3 = subchronic with acute exacerbation,

4 = chronic with acute exacerbation,

5 = in remission,

0= unspecified.

TX OF RESISTANT SCHIZOPHRENIA

 

1. Standard oral neuroleptic

            up the dose

2. Different class of Medicn.

3. Add Lithium(schizo-affec.)

4  Add Benzodiazepine

5. Add Carbamazepine

6. Increase Dose to Max.

7. Clozapine > 400mg x 6M

8. Respiridone 6-8 mgx 6wk

8. Review Drug + Diagnosis
